Stuck in SIBO Land, Part 2

With chronic conditions like SIBO, you have to ask yourself, “Why is my immune system tolerating this infection?”.

For some reason your immune function may be suppressed and allowing the bacterial overgrowth to continue… but WHY is this?

Remember that the majority of your immune system is housed in the digestive tract so this can be a complex question– is your immune system down because you have SIBO and/or do you have entrenched, stubborn SIBO because you have a weak immune response?

Getting to the root cause of chronic SIBO and your impaired immune system is one key to avoiding relapse.
